Raj is the Managing Director of A-Brokers Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. He served as Marketing and Communication Manager at Albatross Insurance until April 2010, before joining I-Mediate Ltd, an accredited correspondent of Marsh McLennan, as Chief Executive Officer. Since 2014, he has led A-Brokers Ltd as Managing Director.

He is a member of the Insurers Association Claims Sub-Committee and has played a key role in implementing the "Constat à l'Amiable" and the Motor Arbitration Committee, which settle disputes on motor claims. He has successfully launched new business verticals, expanded insurer partnerships, and strengthened the Health and Medical division for both corporate and individual clients.

He remains committed to delivering client-focused, compliant, and value-driven insurance solutions.

Arvind is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of A-Brokers Ltd, serving on its Board since inception in 2014, and acts as Senior Broker providing strategic insurance and risk advisory services. He holds qualifications from the University of Bolton and the University of the Arts London, is an Associate Member of the Textile Institute (CText ATI, UK), and a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (FMioD).

In 2007, he co-founded I-Mediate Ltd (formerly INXS Ltd), an insurance and reinsurance brokerage accredited as a correspondent of Marsh McLennan. He has served on Audit & Risk Committees and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Automatic Systems Ltd, holding a Personal Management Licence for the SEM-listed company regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Mauritius.

Devandradass is a Director and Designated Officer at A-Brokers Ltd, with over 35 years of experience in the insurance sector. He began his career at SICOM, rising to Senior Superintendent, and later served as Director at MIB, an insurance brokerage firm, until May 2015. He joined A-Brokers in June 2015 as Manager and Senior Broker, and was appointed Director and Designated Officer in 2021.

Devandradass is an ACII (Chartered Insurer) holder, bringing deep technical expertise and regulatory insight — contributing to the firm's delivery of client-focused, compliant, and value-driven insurance and risk management solutions.
